Carmen, was very, very quick in responding to my wife’s search of a home with request to view on realtor.com. Carmen responded and reached out to my wife within minutes and arranged a showing of the property for the following day. Although we were not able to do a deal on this property, we were able to establish a relationship with Carmen and explained our unique situation and circumstances. Carmen went work quickly and got us appointments to see multiple properties. She was able to find properties that met our requirements and arranged showings at our convenience. We looked at three townhouses on one Saturday morning and made an offer on the third which was accepted, went to contract and closed within two weeks. We can’t say enough how happy we were with Carmen’s quick response and understanding of what our housing needs and requirements were.
