September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $360,000—up 16.13% over the previous 12 months. Woodridge had 38 new listings and 20 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 75—down 6.25% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 75 active listings, 17.33% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Woodridge grew 16.18% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $394,900. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
