Carolyn is great to work with! She is fast to respond with showings arrangements and answers our many questions! My husband & I are in rental property management but this time we were looking for our own personal house. Carolyn has been showing us houses for a while and we finally decided that building our own "empty nester" house was the best for us. We found some land and Carolyn set up for us to view it & found out some information about what kind of buildings we could have on the property. She is friendly, helpful & professional. Carolyn is very knowledgeable and I appreciated all her expertise. She was truthful with me about the homes I was looking at. She knew a structurally sound home vs one that needed lots of work. She listened to my wants in a home and guided me through the entire process. My stress level was much less with her help buying my first home. I'm not sure I would have had the same experience with a different realtor. I highly recommend her for purchasing a home, she will not misguide you.
