Catherine puts her heart and soul into assisting the client and prides herself in being efficient. This is our fourth home buying experience and this was so much less stressful. Even with the constraints of Covid we were able to complete the process with much less of a hassle than expected.

Catherine was intricate in all aspects, she communicated through text, phone calls and in person an took care of all of our concerns with speed an efficiency.

Catherine did a fantastic job selling our home quickly. She came in and did a repair assessment and then helped manage all repairs. She brought us a solid offer that we closed on within 2 weeks. The buyers were very aggressive in negotiations and she held her own and performed awesome.
