Our experience with Chan was nothing short of exemplary. He was efficient, resourceful and honest throughout the process of buying our home. Had it not been for his initiative, we would not have found the community that we ultimately zeroed in on. It was our good fortune that Chan’s reputation for excellence and professionalism preceded him because were able to close in 3 weeks! The vernacular for which to accurately express our gratitude, does not exist. Suffice it to say that we are grateful beyond measure for such a positive experience.

Chan had to overcome many obstacles to finally find our dream home, I had a work schedule that didn't always cooperate with prime time home searching, my wife had a set list of what she wanted in a home, the specific part of town because of schools she prefered, but he nailed it we moved in April of 2018. I married my wife the day before moving in and he came to the wedding. Chan was always current with what properties were new and what was sitting on the market that might be a good opportunity to come down in pricing. He saved us time by narrowing down the houses we would see because he was keeping track of what we did and did not like in each home, he was so patient and kind with us very honest and respectful. He really went above and beyond and now we give him any referrals we have because I know they will be well taken cared of.
