Chancellor was a huge help. We were first time home buyers and I can't imagine having a different realtor. He made everything extremely simple and easy to understand. Never once did we ever feel pressured, you could just tell he wasn't going to be happy unless WE were happy with the house. He went above and beyond the entire time, he gave tips on everything from remodeling to decor ideas! If you are in the market for a home, I couldn't recommend Chancellor enough.
