Cheryl did an amazing job helping us find our dream home. We couldn't be happier, she took care of us through all the ups and downs of discerning what we really wanted. Her wisdom with the process and with all of the neighborhoods of the Asheville area were key for us. She knows the market; where things have been, where they seem to be going and what is happening now. Bought a Single Family home in 2025 in Hendersonville, NC.
What i was expecting as a first-time buyer, versus how straightforward, logical, and easy the process was with Bob and Cheryl, was really one of the biggest surprises of my adult life. I am a busy guy, and they had the right people, resources, and advice at every turn. I feel so lucky I hooked up with them - there's no way every buyer has it as good as i did. Cheryl and bob were amazing to work with! Once I found the house I wanted we made an offer and Cheryl and bob worked on getting the deal worked out till nearly 11 o’clock at night, they were excellent communicators and they helped answer any questions I had regarding the process, I cannot say enough good thing about my experience working with them! 10 out of 10!
