Chris Iguchi

I've been a Realtor since 2011 and a Broker for the last 2 years. As an Air Force brat, I spent my childhood in England, Seattle, Omaha, and Williamsburg. Upon graduating from college, I spent most of my adult life in Richmond. Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I worked in marketing in the corporate world and co-owned a boutique toy store with my wife. Even before officially entering the real estate world, and eventually becoming a broker, I had a passion for showing off the city to friends relocating, helping them find a great place to rent or buy.

Having lived in various neighborhoods throughout RVA, I have a great love for the city and enjoy the fun and interesting nuances each area offers. I'm very passionate about the River City!
