Christine Karales Paul

Christine Karales Paul brings more than two decades of real estate and lending experience to every client she serves. She began her career in 2004 as a mortgage broker and loan officer, gaining valuable insight into financing, underwriting, and the many details that can determine whether a transaction succeeds. In 2009, she transitioned into real estate brokerage and began working alongside Donna Roberts—a trusted professional partnership that continues today.

Over the years, Christine and Donna have operated independently, expanded their experience with Keller Williams and eXp Realty, and ultimately returned to independent ownership in 2021 with Your Real Estate Co. Together, they have successfully handled well over 1,000 real estate transactions throughout Maine.

Christine has extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers, with particular expertise in probate properties, estate sales, short sales, foreclosures, and other transactions requiring greater knowledge, patience, and problem-solving ability. She is especially skilled at positioning and marketing Southern Maine properties to achieve maximum exposure while helping sellers navigate every step of the process with clarity and confidence.

Although Christine has successfully handled transactions throughout the state, her primary service area includes York and Cumberland counties and the communities within approximately 30–45 minutes of her Buxton home base. This intentional focus allows her to provide the responsive communication, firsthand market knowledge, and personal attention her clients deserve.

Known for her persistence, straightforward guidance, and ability to solve complicated problems, Christine does not shy away from transactions that other agents may find overwhelming.
