Connie was able to create a lot of interest in the house before it listed. It only spent a few days on the market, we received multiple bids, and it sold above the asking price. What seemed like an overwhelming task was made so simple by Connie. I've sold three of my own houses, but this one was the easiest by far. Connie was a rock star. More than anything Connie's caring and kindness shone through especially when everything looked like it was falling apart. Connie was our light at the end of the tunnel.

Connie was recommended by a very dear friend whom she had sold two homes. Started listing our home at our asking price [ higher then recommended] she agreed as long as we adjust to what she thought after two weekends. Had a lot of showings but no offers. We adjusted price to what she recommended and had multiply offers. She actually said we should list at 599 but thought it would go for 625. Well, the offer we accepted was 626! After getting through the inspections and making repairs we got to closing albeit a bit longer than expected. All delays where on the buyer's side and Connie kept our interest at the forefront. We did end up dropping the price back to 600 but in a market turning down we're happy that she along with the attorney [Aaron Colton] she recommended got the job down.

Connie has great insight into the local market and knew how to correctly value our home. She did a great job representing us throughout the sale. She is highly professional and very responsive. She is a pleasure to work with!
