He has very good intuition of price and in our limited sample set he was right on. Finally he is only looking for your best interest and is completely patient. He has no problem telling you to pass on a house even when you might think its a good idea even if it might result in a sale for him. Overall a great guy and if you use him once he will be with you forever and happy to consult with you on anything.
