What normally takes 3–5 days between paperwork and timelines, Crystal made happen in less than 24 hours—and on a Saturday. Beyond housing, when I asked for restaurant recommendations and destinations to visit, she didn’t just give a few; she provided thoughtful options with descriptions, showing her depth of experience and knowledge of the local area. There are very few people I’ve met who are willing to put in the time, effort, and genuine care that Crystal did—especially on a timeline that should have been impossible, yet she made it happen. Crystal was my second agent when I let my first agent go because he didn't do as promised. She showed me all the differences in what a true agent is supposed to do and don't do for their client. I was so happy my boyfriend found her when I was struggling with my previous agent to get my house sold. With her, my house didn't sit on the market for 6 months, she didn't lower the price without verbal or written consent, and she was great at marketing the house. She's helped my boyfriend and I several times now with different properties, and she is amazing at what she does. I don't often leave reviews because I find them tedious, but Crystal deserves this review and the many she should get for her hard work and the unique talent she brings to the table.
