Dani Diaz

Originally from Colombia, Dani moved to Myrtle Beach in 2018, where she found her family and her home. Dani enjoys exploring local businesses, playgrounds, and traveling with her daughter, Ava.

Dani is experienced in working with various types of properties, including single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and new construction, across the Grand Strand area. After purchasing and renovating her first home with her husband in Myrtle Beach in 2019, Dani finds great joy in helping other first-time buyers find a place to call home.

Dani’s passion for building strong relationships with her clients enables her to deeply understand the unique needs and goals of each person she works with, allowing her to create personalized plans for all her clients. She prioritizes continuing education around contract negotiations, local market pricing data, and trends. Additionally, she has helped and continues to help the Hispanic community achieve their dreams of homeownership.
