For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $330,000 in Horry County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $328,880 in January.
Forestbrook had 1 new listings and 13 listings that went under contract in December, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 53—down 14.52% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in January.
Of those 53 active listings, 16.98% reduced their price in the month of December. The median listing price for homes in Forestbrook grew 108.44% from November to December, bringing the current median listing price to $719,000. Based on projected data for January, listing prices may continue to grow.
