Property issues and bldg conditions complicated the ready for sale status of the unit. Abe Safa understood and cooperated in getting a remedy of the problems . A frustrating experience but eventually worked through many hands and unit was repaired and sold and I no longer will have to suffer though ownership issues not of my making.
