Abe Safa's team handled the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home simaltaneously. We understood that there would be challenges because some of the areas in our condo were in need of repair.
Though it took a few months, once the spring came, we started getting more interest and more showings. The end result was that we sold our condo for a price that enabled us to buy the very home that we wanted and had been looking at for months.
Once someone made an offer on our condo, it took only four weeks for the closings of the sale of the condo and the purchase of our new home to take place.
