Christy Davis was an amazing realtor. She was so helpful in selling our property and extremely kind. She has a wealth of knowledge of the market in this area. Also, when I needed help with fixing up some items (as I live a distance far away) she was able to call on local services to help me. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Christy is simply the best!!!

Wendy Howard was the realtor that we worked with throughout the entire process. She was outstanding in many ways. Always available always with good insights always with a fresh perspective and went above and beyond what I would've expected a realtor to do based on my prior experiences in New Jersey. She gets extremely high marks because she earned them not just because we liked her personally.
I cannot say the same for Carrie Amick. She was abrasive provided very little additional insight to the process for remediating inspection items noted in the report. Every time I ask the question I felt like I was being scolded. For someone who was buying a piece of property in this area. I would've expected more professionalism. She kept telling me how she has 32 years of experience in real estate. Well for 32 years I would've expected more value as the buyer; we didn't get that from her. Wendy picked up the slack thankfully.

Kevin Mills Reality said "they would sell it " they followed through. We found our agent to be knowledgeable, cooperative and understanding our needs. There were times when things were stressful and Rick Noble our agent helped us navigate through those times. Rick also had wonderful communication skills, he would check in with us to see how things were going and if we had any questions. He was also helpful during negotiations and his suggestions were reasonable. If we ever need a realtor again we would not hesitate to call Rick Noble of the Mills Group SC.

I didn't work with Kevin, I worked with Keri Little. Keri was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the homes I was looking at. Keri kept me informed of the whole process and basically held my hand through everything. Any questions I had, she always had the answers for. I would absolutely work with Keri again if I'm ever looking for another home. If you're looking for a real estate agent, I would highly recommend Keri to handle all your needs.
