Our agent was Christin Talbot and she is part of the Kevin Mills Team. Christin is an outstanding RE agent. She is the ultimate professional, very knowledgable, works very hard and was great with communication. We switched to the Mills Group and Christin after not getting any offers on our condo for 10 months using a differerent RE agency. Christin was excellent at assessing the market and recommending the proper condo pricing in order to generate showings. She did a great job getting feedback after the showings so we would understand the likes/dislikes about our unit. After working with Christin for 8 months, we received a cash offer for our condo. To date, we have received the highest selling price for our condo in our building and development in the last year. I highly recommend Christin Talbot and the Kevin Mills Team for all your RE needs.
