I actually began working w/Kevin regarding the sale of my home four years before I listed it with him. Kevin was great about contacting me & staying in touch - on my schedule - during those four years. There was never any pressure. When the time came he came back to the house and re-evaluated my situation, consulted w/me & advised. When it came time to list, Kevin was patient & always tolerant of my questions & needs. He was immediately responsive to every phone call I made. One of the things I appreciated was Kevin's handling of negotiations. Although he received an offer within two days of my house being listed, he didn't contact me until it was sound and secure, until he could present a good offer. This saved me from days and nights of nervous anticipation. This purchase agreement came five days after the listing activation. He has built a competent and seasoned team that takes clients from signing the listing agreement to closing. Highly recommend!
