Our selection for working with Century 21 was primarily driven by our desire to work with Agent Monica Martinez Chin. She came with a very strong recommendation from a close relative whose feedback we truly value. And Monica certainly lived up to the expectation! Me and my wife are really pleased with the work Monica did alongside all of her staff. We were well taken care off throughout the complete process.

Given that this was our first purchase, it almost felt like a "dream." The reason why I say this is because me and my wife have heard of horror stories regarding the process of purchasing a home in San Diego and our experience was far from that. The overall purchase went smoothly and we did not experience any issues along the way. Anytime we had a doubt or question, the Century 21 team was always there to support us with answers or guide us in the right direction.

This is the second time monica helps me buy/sell a home. She is very experienced in real estate and makes a very stressful situation more manageable. She makes sure and explains everything throughly as many times as needed until you understand. Monica makes sure her clients are well taken care of. I will definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Angela Aviles helped me get this property to the market. The real sale wasn't the sale of the house, but was for Angela to convince my ex-wife to sell it. Interest rates spiked and although we had to drop the price, we were able to sell it at a good profit. I am very satisfied with Angela and her team. She and David understood my needs, especially since she has worked with many divorcing couples. I would work with Angela again.
