We were so fortunate to have found David Cardenas back in 2015 when were moved back to San Diego from Japan. As our realtor he helped us find our home and answered every call or every email no matter what time of the day or night. His knowledge, professionalism and work ethic are much respected and appreciated during our home purchase.

David and Cardenas & Company kept in contact throughout the years of owning our home. We got holidays cards, birthday cards and even invitations to appreciations events locally for past and new customers. The 6 years I've owned my home he was just a phone call away, I even consulted him on home improvements I planned to do to my home and where to best put my money.

So it only made since when we decided to sell in 2021 and move out of state I reached out to David and his team, even though I had a realtor in the family. It started with a simple call to get a comp on my home and after some consideration of should we sell we decided to make it happen. This is were I got to see Cardenas & Company full potential. I was absolutely blown away by the performance of David and Angela and the team at Cardenas and Company. My goals, expectations, concerns and selling process were all addressed, the team they have is absolutely top notch. They even provided me with moving boxes. The staging of my home, photography, videography, and all the details that are associated with selling a home were just handled so professionally and with great attention to detail. I was able to focus on moving and even after selling they took on burden of cleaning the home for the new owner. This Team is absolutely phenomenal and now that using a new agent in a new state for a new home don't compare to Cardenas & Company.

Amanda went above and beyond from beginning to end on getting us to closing. Oakwood Escrow dropped the ball a few times and she stayed on top of them to make sure they did what they were supposed to do. She remained cool and calm and professional, I have already referred two friends to her who are in the market to purchase a home. We will be using her again for our next home purchase, she is an amazing asset to your team.

can’t praise David and his team enough for all the hard work he put into finding out dream home. He was there every step of the way and answered any and all questions we had and as first time home buyers we had several. He paid attention to our home needs and recommended properties over others eliminating unnecessary viewings. He knew the market climate and made offers on our behalf accordingly. When I was ready to begin viewing properties after relocating from the UK David Cardenas was excellent at setting up viewings in my chosen locations. On one occasion when he was not available he arranged for Wendy from his team to accompany me who was also extremely helpful.

As a first time buyer in the US David's advice and guidance throughout the whole process was invaluable to me. David ensured that the process ran smoothly and made sure I was able to purchase my first choice property.

We though about selling about a year ago, the market was/is complicated, with rising prices and low inventory. We end up doing a refinance. A few months ago we asked Angela Avilez, who works with David Cardenas about the market and we were so impressed with her knowledge that we decided to sell and buy. She introduce us to David and even though we had a complicated situation (sell only if we were able to buy) They were willing to help and took up the challenge. The team was able to sell our Condo very quickly, at the price we wanted and with a buyer willing to wait for several months until our purchase. The team was able to find a suitable house for us and the whole process was great. We felt like we were part of their Family due to all the care they provided to us. David is much more than an agent. He is a great friend of mine. Over the last 5 years he has helped my wife and I through multiple real estate transactions. He helped me purchase the home that we welcomed our son into, then he helped us achieve a position of financial freedom that we never imagined possible so young when he sold that home.
