Anyone looking to purchase a home should work with David and his seasoned professional team. As a new home buyer we were very naive in regards to the general home buying process including the sales cycle and dynamics. Luckily for us, David exhibited the utmost professionalism, insight, and service.
As I mentioned before we are new home buyers. David did an excellent job helping us understand the objective of each stage in the purchasing process and presented various options on how we could best proceed forward. Everytime he left the decision up to us but presented his favorite options and why it would be the best way to move forward. For example, when we were negotiating a lower sales price on the home we bought David presented a range of options that would be favorable to us as the buyers. Then he worked backwards and framed the negotiation to sound favorable to the seller. This showed me that he not only understood the dynamics of the purchase process but had great business acumen and always had our best interest in mind.
As a professional sales person I was very impressed with David's ability to understand the sellers point of view & the dynamics of the whole process. However as a consumer, I was very pleased with the white glove service he provided to us as buyers as well. Text messages and emails were replied to in a timely manner. If he was unable to answer our call he returned it quickly. One problem you can have with any professional service is that they take on too many clients and the level of service drops. We did not feel like that with David at any point. So again, We were extremely pleased with his service and it exceeded our expectations.
Another awesome part about working with David is his knowledgeable and professional team. David has a deep bench of team members and partners that really streamlined the buying process. From transaction coordinator, to lender(Alex Munoz), and the rest of David's team; overall the buying process was much easier than I had imagined because everyone together was working to help us get the best deal. This showed us that David is a good leader because he understands the value of leveraging his teammates core competencies.
Since we have known him he has always had a positive attitude and naturally made others lives around him better. I know that anyone who works with David will have a great buying experience

I interviewed several realtors before I decided to go with Sophia and Angela. They were not pushy and seemed to be very knowledgeable. They also wanted to price my house much higher than other realtors, which probably resulted in me getting $20,000-$40,000 more. Sophia and Angela went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered. Sofia and Angela are top notch in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home or sell their home.

David Cardenas did an excellent job as my real estate agent, me being a first time homeowner he guided me through the whole process and explained to me step by step what was going on.

David is a really friendly and professional agent would definitely recommend him to other first time homebuyers.

Before David I was with another agent(not from Century 21) and the communication wasn't great, it was really hard to understand the whole purchasing process as me being a first time homeowner, but with David he made everything so understandable.

And also with the market being really hot(competitive) because of COVID-19, David was still able to show me multiple houses and eventually we were able to close the deal on a home that I thought was the right fit for me.

Another thing I would say about David is that he is a person that you feel comfortable talking about prices and negotiating, and he has a big team that helps you throughout the whole home buying process as well.

So overall I would strongly encourage anyone to get in contact with David to start the house search!

Despite the ongoing situation with Covid-19, David Cardenas was able to provide us with great service. He was in contact with me from beginning to end. It gave me peace of mind and a sense of assurance that if a question or concern came about, I could get in contact with him as soon as possible. He was quick, reliable, and easy to talk to. As I now know becoming a first time homeowner can be very stressful but I'm glad to say that David made it easier. David and Angela were super professional from the day they arrived at our home to explain the entire process and throughout of the transaction. Their expertise allowed them to secure a buyer quicker and get our offer accepted, work out all the issues that happen during escrow, and got the entire transaction done ahead of schedule. The entire team work very hard to get the results desired.

Communication and being straight forward is key. We told David and Angela what we wanted, and they got us a dream property way better than what we ask for!

Sophia Koob was recommend to me by a work friend and I would also recommend her to anyone that I know that needs an agent. She did an excellent job, demonstrated limitless patience with me and my constantly changing criteria, and was always enthusiastic and positive throughout the entire process.

My wife and I were nervous about taking the next big step in our life for buying a house. About a year ago we used a real estate agent from the Realtor app to get a feel of how the housing market was. The agent did not take any of our concerns, and most importantly our price range into consideration.

David Cardenas was the exact opposite of our experience and from real estate horror stories we've heard. David took the time to speak to us in person and got to know us to see what we were looking for in a house and what were deal breakers. My wife & I were only looking into one city to move into and David recommended two other cities that meet our criteria.

Long story short (because I can make this review for how great David is several pages if I wanted), David found us our Dream home in the East Lake area. David explained each of the steps clearly and what to do next (Always get a home inspection). The whole process & signing all the tedious paperwork went smoothly because of David and his assistants. If my wife & I ever had a question or needed to contact David he would get back to us within minutes if he didn't answer his phone.
