David Diaz helped us find the home of our dreams. He was very patient and understanding as we took our time and toured several houses before finding our home. His web portal played a integral part in our search. It would email us regularly with our requirement criteria and helped us highly the properties we were interested in and weed out the ones we weren't.

David shared in our excitement when we finally found the house and did everything in his power to ensure the deal would close. It was comforting to know that he genuinely cared and wanted to see us get in the house.

David was wonderful to work with. He had a specific plan for how to price and market our home. He was decisive, which we appreciated, but also listened to our concerns and perspective. He clearly understands the market and instilled confidence in my husband and I that selling our home was a top priority. Having moved out-of-state while still trying to sell our home was not easy. Mr. David Diaz really understood my needs and lifestyle requirements which were critical in my decision to work with him. He was also very good at explaining technical terms and scenarios so that I could make the most informed decisions.

As an out of state buyer, the process was naturally more challenging than if I was local. Mr. David Diaz did an excellent job, rising to the challenge of working with me as an out of state client. He went the extra mile when it came to inspections and viewings e.g. creating YouTube videos of the homes since I was unable to view in person.

Mr. David Diaz's polite and friendly demeanor and professionalism made it easy to work with him. He was always readily accessible and was very responsive. I was able to trust his representation fully as an out of state buyer.
