There is much to say about David Diaz and his performance. To keep it short and sweet, David has done a tremendous job. He has put forth a high level of professionalism, when dealing with the sale and purchase of our homes. David is a TRUE asset to EWM and we are extremely happy with all outcomes.

I used all of the people/businesses they recommended to make the process easier such as inspectors, mortgage brokers and and insurance agents, all whom provided good service themselves and were professional.

David Diaz was marvelous. Every detail taken care of professionally and completely. He is masterful in knowing how to make a house look its best. We feel his use of a home staging consultant and professional photographer really made a difference in the quickness and price of our sale. He is also personable and wonderful to work with. We would definitely work with him again.

David Diaz is an exceptional broker, a paragon that other brokers should aspire to in the residential real estate industry.

David is an incredibly hard-working broker who prepares himself extremely well: he always comes prepared and never fails to address follow-up questions that require additional time and thinking. David was always very prepared during our viewings, which were systematically planned by distance, schedule and availability. This high level of preparation was evident repeatedly as David was able to answer almost all of our questions as they came up throughout the process. During the few times when we asked very arcane questions that David did not have an immediate answer to, he always followed up either that same day or the very next day.

David is also very thoughtful and seamlessly incorporates his clients viewpoints and concerns into all aspects of his work. For example, we initially had some ideas but very few concrete "definites" as to what we wanted in a home. David's thought partnership was very valuable in helping us better and more quickly define our criteria. This was reflected in the viewings, which reflected very well our evolving interests throughout the process. Other brokers who we had been involved with prior to David just didn't "get it" the way David did.

David's dedication to his clients is also reflected by his out-of-the-box thinking. In fact, had it not been for a clever solution to a problem, we would have not ended up purchasing our home. The fact that David was able to take the time to craft a creative solution to a seemingly intractable problem reflects David's dedication to his clients and his problem solving skills.

David also has something that is woefully in short supply in this day and age: patience. As I mentioned, in the beginning we were not very clear on what we wanted. We also were not familiar with the market. In fact, it is through David that we began looking at homes in Broward County, which we had little knowledge of as we had previously been searching in Miami-Dade County. Therefore the amount of time it took us to define the "what" and the "where" was protracted--and it took many viewings to close these gaps. David was always extremely patient and never made us feel rushed. Even though we had many viewings and frequently changed our minds, David always was very constructive and did everything he did with a smile.

Which brings me to next point: David is very friendly and likable. He is a genuinely good person and is the kind of individual that can just about put anyone at ease. We always enjoyed communicating with him--whether it was face-to-face, by phone or electronically. David has a terrific sense of humor and was able to put things in perspective when things did not always go our way--we shared many good laughs together.

In summary, David Diaz is a true professional: his professionalism resides in that distinctive space where competence and friendliness converge, and from where trust and friendship develop. I would recommend David to anyone buying or purchasing a home.
