We had a great relationship with David. We had a lot of ups and downs in our transaction and he calmed us down, helped resolve them and we had a lot of laughs along the way. He was always available when needed which was appreciated.

I had been with a prior realtor and that was not working well for me so I asked David to involved and he agreed to do so. It was a very pleasant experience. David got me in the right price range and the house had an offer within days of its being listed. It took time to bring it to fruition but it worked!. David has the patience to answer questions and help make decisions.

David went up and above in dealing with our selling of our home We are Canadians And because of the incompetence of some of the other real estate companies I was GUN SHY David did indeed calm me down and Sold our home for us David is more than just another Realtor He is very people friendly and I will recommend his professional services to any one
