Kept on top of the transaction from start to finish. Really appreciated his effort.

As a first time homebuyer, the thought of purchasing a home was overwhelming and seemed impossible. David Dorman provided great service in the buying process that put my worries aside and ensured I was educated at each step in order to make the right move for my family and myself. I can’t recommend David enough and look forward to using his team in the future!

My husband and I were moving from Baltimore to the Orlando area and David was by our side every step of the way! We ended up going with a new build and David took the time to meet the sales agent numerous times, even took time to be with us at the design center with us as we selected the finishings for the new house, a true partner in the process!

Once again David went above and beyond in meeting our expectations. This is our third sale and fifth deal with David. Would definitely use him and his test ran again.

David was consistent in his follow up with me over a period of at least a year. He was very patient and super knowledgeable of the area we were selling in. We changed the selling price several times and the whole process was very easy. Thank you David and Scott!

I called on a house that was listed. This was my first interaction with David and his team. Professional, responsive, wealth of knowledge etc. I wish all realtors were like David. He will be the first person I contact if I decide to sell or buy in the future.

We've worked with David Dorman now with the purchase to two homes, and sale of one. David is knowledgable of the area, he made certain to understand our needs (which were very specific), and he's just generally a great guy to work with. Additionally, his team does fantastic work, from recommending home inspectors, staging our home for sale, photographing our home to make it look it's most absolute best, and then working through the copious amounts of paperwork that always comes with these transactions.
David or his team was there for us whenever we had a question, and made the whole process simpler and less stressful. I would absolutely engage David's services again, and refer all my family and friends to him!

David is an excellent -PLUS for trustworthy (we always knew he was looking out for our interests, even in early meetings where we weren't ready to buy yet), knowledgeable (knowing what to look out for and how to negotiate strongly but fairly), and accessible.

David referred us to a great, responsive mortgage lender and a very skilled home inspector. He helped us navigate the unexpected snafus that happened around an inspection finding and seller closing issues, and maybe most importantly, helped us craft a serious but not extravagant offer that won us the house. He has a great mix of confidence that comes from experience and humility about the current market realities.

One other thing: David's sense of humor helped put me at ease, when the home buying process can otherwise be tense.
And David's utter reliability put my partner at ease.

I would 100% recommend David Dorman for anyone especially first time home buyers. He took a lot of the stress off of me and made home buying easy and if something comes up he is quick to come up with a solution. If your thinking about buying a house I would go with David Dorman. David took the time to listen and understand our needs from the sale of our home. He made sure to explain the process and kept us informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond ensuring the property was ready to be turned over to the buyer. He made what could have been a stressful situation simple and effortless.
