David Dorman and his team were great to work with. The current housing market is crazy! David was wonderful and was willing to show us any home we were interested in as soon as we called him, which was key in getting us into the house of our dreams. We saw the house we ended up buying about 12 hours after it came on the market, bid on it quickly and though the home had 6 other offers as well, the sellers accepted our bid thanks to David's great bidding advice and stellar reputation! We were also able to close with in a month! Thank you David!

I had been with a prior realtor and that was not working well for me so I asked David to involved and he agreed to do so. It was a very pleasant experience. David got me in the right price range and the house had an offer within days of its being listed. It took time to bring it to fruition but it worked!. David has the patience to answer questions and help make decisions.

David went up and above in dealing with our selling of our home We are Canadians And because of the incompetence of some of the other real estate companies I was GUN SHY David did indeed calm me down and Sold our home for us David is more than just another Realtor He is very people friendly and I will recommend his professional services to any one
