Everyone I contacted about David raves about him. Every. Single. Person talked about how professionally capable and personally delightful he was to work with. They were correct.

David picked our house for us! We were shopping from Utah and weren’t able to come to Florida during the purchasing process. He listened to what we wanted, took time to get to know us and steered us perfectly to the right home for our family!

David was always a step ahead. He reassures us when there were hiccups in the process, he was there in our stead every step of the way. David also has an excellent network for projects and improvements we were looking into.

Having worked with David Dorman for four transactions, I can tell you that he has to be in the top of his field. All our dealings in the buying and selling of properties were handled extremely well. From the first time to the most recent transaction, David's knowledge of real estate has proven to us that when the right agent and company are used, they will work with us from beginning to end. Selling my home with David Dorman was a very smooth process. He was always responsive to my texts or calls, and I was impressed with how accessible he remained throughout the entire transaction. Due to his experience and knowledge of the market I was able to sell my home for significantly more than I anticipated.

When we were considering the move to an active adult community, I phoned David Dorman. In the course of the conversation, I felt comfortable. Initially, we started in an exploratory phase to learn about the community. At first there was some hesitation to purchase a home without listing our current home. However, after seeing many homes with David, and some good research on my part, it made sense to buy this house. We knew it would need a cosmetic makeover from paint to lighting to the countertops to the flooring. Our current home was listed shortly thereafter, and it was in contract within days of being advertised. The entire experience could not be better. With he guidance of David Dorman, the real estate side of the moving process has been excellent.

we checked out one other broker (beyond internet searching) and they turned out to be more of a home selling "factory/assembly line". David gave us one on one personalized service and never tried to pass us off onto any other associate.

David Dorman and his team provided exceptional service to me and my family in the purchase of our home in Sanford. David was out of town while we were looking for homes but made certain that he assigned a REALTOR who would fit with all of our personalities with assigning Clay to our family. Clay made the process of looking for a home really enjoyable. When the first house we put a contract on didn't work out, Clay didn't allow that to discourage us. We immediately went out and found the perfect home.
