He worked with us, even when we felt the time wasn’t right to sell, and didn’t pressure us to keep a house on the market when we weren’t ready, and made sure the house moved once we were ready to go. I have worked with David twice. Both times have been great. The first time was in 2015. We were selling a home and looking to buy a home. David sold our home in 4 months in a tough buyers market. He helped us find a new home in Marietta after an extensive search. In 2020 we asked David to help us sell our home in Marietta because I was retiring and moving out of state. This time it was a seller’s market and David said to be prepared to sell the home quickly. He was right! We sold in 3 days at the full asking price! We can’t thank him enough for all of his help. David is a great realtor. I would absolutely hire him again. He is very organized, knowledgeable, and responsive. Don’t be fooled by the big companies and their promises. I have used two national realtor companies in the past and both were subpar at best. David will guide you through the entire process. He does his homework and makes it easy. He’s always a phone call or text message away. Thank you for all your hard work, David!

David assisted us in selling our house. He was able to help us prep. the house for sale, by pointing out things that potential buyers may be turned off by. He was responsive and handled 100% of the showings. We received two full-price offers within a week and were sold for full asking price in a month. While we greatly appreciated David’s expertise, his greatest value was in helping us properly market the property, which ultimately helped maximize the value and limit our carry cost. Secondarily, David was not pushy or aggressive. He laid the facts out in front of us and allowed us to make our own choices as we went through the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to put their house on the market and we would use him again, without question.

1 years ago, we bought and sold a house with David. As an agent, he did everything we wanted. He listened to us, guided us, and drove the sale and purchase and made us very happy. 7 years ago, I used David to sell the house I grew up in after my Dad died. He was the best. Enter our third transaction with David and I have to say, I wouldn’t want to do this without him. We tried to do it on our own. We talked with other agents. Neither worked. We talked to David again who initially disagreed with us on some things but after a discussion, he lamented and said “You are my customer and I’ll do what you want” The result was better than we expected. David has the unique ability to drive the whole process and you stay in the shadows, or to LISTEN to the customer and do what they want while driving. Too many agents today don’t or won’t listen to the seller and as a result, money is left on the table. I trust David to sell my home or to buy a new one. I trust that he has my best interest in mind

This is my second home that I have purchased having David as my agent. David has always been very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable in the real estate industry. Excellent experience with David. He was able to market and sell our house within three weeks of listing. Actually, we had multiple offers. We had bought and sold houses before, but David was able to help us navigate the process very easily. In addition, he helped us find a great home in Roswell We had dual closings and considering how stressful these situations are, everything worked out very smoothly. He is very personable, organized, and a great communicator. Not to mention the amount of money we saved. He was always able to get back to us with minutes of a text or a phone call.
