Flo Vachon and team were excellent in every way and at every stage of the process. I felt that I was actually hand held through the process so that I experienced no stress during what would normally be a stressful process for most people.
Extremely supportive. While I had my own checklist, I really did not need it due to excellent communications and handouts from the team. I feel like i basically relaxed and they did all the work. Could well be the best customer service experience I have ever had.
