Would recommend Flo Vachon without any reservations to friends and family . She is perhaps the best real estate agent I've dealt with over the years. Her honesty and reliability are exceptional.

We were selling my parents property long distance so it was critical to get the right realtor. Flo had our confidence immediately at the initial listing appointment. She knew her market- it was an easy decision to give her the listing. We had title challenges related to my parents primary residence being in another state (unrelated to Flo or her team). Long story short the buyer got frustrated and threatened to walk. Flo came up with a great last minute recommendation that saved the sale and kept everyone happy. She was on top of all aspects of sale. And her sense of humor made the entire process great.

From the minute I met Flo and Tim and felt they quickly grasped my requirements. Tim did a great job in selecting a number of homes to view and at the last minute a house came on the market that he thought I should look at. Bingo! It was the "one". Flo, Tim and Kerry were always available for questions, were very knowledgeable, and helped me with questions about HOA, living in a gated community - as I had no experience with those requirements.

They also included a great notebook to keep all the important documents at my fingertips after closing, as well as recommendations from vendors they know and trust for various types of work that a homeowner may need. It was above and beyond in my experience.

I would recommend the Flo Vachon Team because of their extensive experience in Sun City Center and Real Estate in general, their professionalism, friendliness and assuring the process stayed on track. They have good relationships with the vendors they work with, and this also helps the process.
