Tim Vachon patiently showed me a variety of homes. He was available when I wanted to look at listings and always communicated promptly via text or phone when I had questions. When we did sign a contract on a home in King's Point we were able to close in twelve days thanks to Flo and her team's diligent action. We had a couple bumps along the way because the seller's agent was unfamiliar with King's Point, but Flo ran interference and took care of all the details for us. She and Tim went out of their way to make this a good experience for us. They earned my trust and I highly recommend them!

Flo Vachon is the most wonderful person ,very patient very kind ,very understanding ,she has literally held my hand through the entire process of buying my first house I truly could not have done it without her !!
