I had to delay selling my house until late in the year, not the best time to sell. I ended getting a good offer in early December and closed in January. Dave was very knowledgeable about the market and was able to offer sound advice as regarding pricing. He also provided suggestions on small projects to improve the value to prospective buyers. He assisted in the negotiation after the ultimate buyer tried to lowball and was effective in moving to a good price point. He communicated throughout the process and was very responsive, providing immediate answers to questions. He also helped work through some unusual buyer requests and helped guide the process through successful completion. I used Dave on two sales and would definitely use him again.
