Dawn was awesome! Negotiated prices for us, got us a huge closing concession, and kicked in high gear the day before closing to meet all of our offer’s contingencies. Dawn fought for us, and placed us in a great New home just in time for our little one to be here. So thankful for everything she has done for us and how diligent she is.

I am a disabled vet and a disabled law enforcement officer as well who had been divorced with the requisite problems. Dawn was literally a God send for me! I felt at ease with Dawn straightway despite the aftereffects of two separate seizure events and the inherent problems seizures can cause. Not only did I feel at ease with Dawn she took care of everything she told me she would thus freeing me to focus on the tasks I had to complete.
