Born and raised here in the Panhandle of Florida! Going on 8 years as a realtor and love my job and everything it entails! I sell primarily investment real estate, but love residential real estate just as much. I'm a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and an active mom in the school sports and a major beach lover! My husband and I decided to make a huge life change and move our family from Colorado to Florida! We found a home on line, fell in love with it and made a trip to see it. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Vikki and Mindy of Beach Brokers Realty to buy our dream condo in Panama City Beach, FL. It was over a year that they stayed patient with us as we looked and looked...finally, we made an offer on condo #1 and it fell through for reasons that weren't our fault, nor theirs (it was sellers), made an offer on another we'll call condo #2 and it fell through again for reasons that weren't our fault, nor theirs (it was sellers),...YEA!!! third time is the charm and we have the condo of our dreams...Vikki and Mindy were great throughout the process.
