I was not an easy client!! I'd been trying to find my perfect lakefront for years...I was in and out of escrow THREE TIMES and Deanne never once made me feel bad about changing my mind. She was extremely patient and understanding and always told me not to worry, that the right house would come along eventually, and she was right!!

Deanne Gutierrez was fantastic. She patiently walked us through the process and worked within our schedule generating lists of open houses and personally took us through several homes not open. She was recommended to us by a client of my husband. We were moving from out of the area and she was critical to our ability to be able to go from knowing little about the area to moved into a wonderful home in our budget with all the features we were looking for. All this in about a five and a half week timeframe. Amazing! I can not recommend her enough.

This was the first house I'd ever owned and so selling was a first-time experience for me. Deanne Gutierrez was an absolute pleasure to work with! She immediately understood ours wants/needs and was very professional. Deanne is SO sweet and approachable and I never once felt uncomfortable contacting her. She immediately responded to e-mails/texts/phone calls even when she was on vacation! We ended up buying a new-build, and worked primarily with the builder's realtor for closing. However, Deanne still wanted to be part of the whole process for us. She kept in contact, checked in on us, and attended our final walk-through. At the final walk-through, her attention to detail and knowledge of real estate were a phenomenal asset. She noticed all of the small details and helped us to ask questions we hadn't thought of! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a house!
