I would highly recommend Deanne to any of my friends, family, and colleagues. We ran into some issues with buying our home due to an appraiser who did not do his job. Deanne was prepared with her overall knowledge, patience and respect for us (her clients) and truly showed us all our options to move forward and in a timely manor. My husband had been placed in an assisted living facility for Alzheimer's patients. I seriously do not know how I could have made it through the process of selling our home without Deanne Gutierrez. Deanne was the best Realtor ever. She knew exactly what we wanted and only showed us those options, unless she saw something that maybe we didn't see. She was always available, we never had a hard time getting ahold of her. She did everything we wanted and would recommend her to everyone we know!

Deanne would talk us through every detail when we would go and see a house with her. She would give us straight forward and honest answers. We could count on her to tell us the facts. She was on our side and you could tell!

She was always very respectful and pleasant. We are new home buyers and have never gone through this process before so she was perfect for us in that aspect by being knowledgeable and approachable. Like I've said we would recommend her to everyone we know! She was the best!

Buying a house is very stressful and we are very grateful we had Deanne during this time.

We would place the experience with Deanne as excellent! The process itself was stressful as a new homebuyers and after talking with others, there were terms we wish we would have known to negotiate better (closing costs, repairs, cosmetic stipends from seller, etc). However, Deanne was always just a text message away for any and all questions. This was great because we had a million!! She is STILL answering questions and providing the best service, even after closing. She is super friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel like a huge priority! Keep it up!

Deanne Gutierrez is a top agent for a very important reason. She genuinely wants each of her clients to be happy and have the smoothest transaction possible. She was amazing through a very difficult purchase. She managed to keep things on track and was a necessary calming influence on me. She was available and attentive and took the time to answer my questions no matter how trivial. The other agent in my transaction fell short of her responsibilities but Deanne made sure that everything was completed. My purchase was a short sale involving a difficult owner, an attorney, the bank, the other realtor, and me, the nervous buyer. She stayed in contact with everyone and I honestly think this would have fallen apart without Deanne.
Her local knowledge helped me to feel confident that I was making the right decisions and her advice was spot on. Deanne was so friendly and easy going and never pushed me into decisions. Deanne possessed an enthusiasm that was infectious, and made me feel at ease as we engaged in the highly stressful process of a huge purchase. Deanne Gutierrez's grasp of my wife and my interests in type of property we were looking for appeared promising by phone. When we traveled to meet with her and to tour Auburn, CA properties--she presented us an appropriate range view sot that we could get a lay of the land This greatly aided us all, in narrowing down our targets to continue looking at. A few months later and after one more visit to view properties...the very first property she showed us on our first day of meeting and touring homes--was the property we made an offer on and ultimately bought. I'd say she knows how to read her target audience’s needs. Well done--completely so.

As we moved into the escrow phase, Deanne addressed every last detail and did so seamlessly guiding us through what was happening on any given day, in the week ahead and down the road a bit. This enabled us to better manage our time--including a long planned Hawaiian vacation get-away--in which she managed for us to have the bulk of items done before we left and then waiting upon return. VERY WELL done.
