Debra Sendejo

Debra is a native of Central Texas, born and raised in San Antonio, and proud to call the "Alamo City" home — a fitting place, given its deep military roots and the many service members and veterans who choose to settle here. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Organizational Development, along with a Master's in Organizational Development, both from the University of the Incarnate Word, and has been licensed as a Real Estate Agent since March 2018.

Before transitioning into real estate, Debra spent 16 years at USAA, working closely with military members and their families — an experience that gave her firsthand insight into the unique needs, challenges, and financial priorities of those who serve. That background, paired with her experience in mortgage lending and her active license in Property & Casualty Insurance (home, auto, life, and commercial), has kept her immersed in every side of the home buying process since 2005. She combines all of this with her education to give clients clear, practical guidance and analysis — helping them make confident, informed decisions whether buying or selling.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs dating back to her great-grandparents, Debra learned early the value of hard work, integrity, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to the people she serves. Her years at USAA instilled a deep respect for military families, and she's honored to bring that same dedication to the service members and veterans she now helps navigate the home buying process, understanding the unique needs and timelines that come with PCS moves and VA loans.
