I really didn't get to spend a lot of time with Dennis our house sold so fast. The time my husband and I spent with Dennis was very pleasant and comfortable, thats how I like to think of it. I also really enjoyed Michelle Owens from his office. There was always someone to help you and my questions were always answered in a timely manner.

Dennis and Cynthia were great and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. They were friendly and easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

Dennis did an excellent job in selling and marketing our property during a tough drop in lake property values. He worked extremely hard in getting the job done. He was professional and friendly at the same time. He was honest and definitely kept me informed on what was going on with the market trends on the lake and on other lakes in the area with sales similar to our property.
