Bridgman’s rolling three-month data through June 2026 shows notable year-over-year shifts. Typical home values are down sharply from a year ago, falling almost 40 percent, while the median list price is also lower by about a quarter. At the same time, inventory has more than doubled, with active listings up roughly 115 percent compared with last year.
