We were from out-of-state and Derek did virtual showings most of the time. He was so honest, would truly describe the "feel" of the house and scrutinize details that can't be identified on camera. We only saw our house in person after the contract was signed, and love it!

There are so many options to sell a house out there and they all say they are the best. We wanted to sell quickly but didn't have to. Per Derek's suggestions we did obtain some cash offers and ended up making almost 60k more than the highest cash offer offered!
