Dillon has been absolutely amazing to work with! He is super friendly, family-oriented, and just an all-around great guy. He answered my millions of questions — no matter the time of day — and always made us feel completely comfortable and supported. I first came into contact with Dillon from The Young Agency after finding a property on Zillow. From the very beginning, he was responsive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping us find the right home.

Even though most of the properties we were interested in were outside of his usual service area, Dillon was more than willing to go the extra mile — literally — to help us.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a few houses fall through along the way, but Dillon’s commitment to us never wavered. Over the past six months, he’s been patient, supportive, and incredibly helpful through every step of the process.

I’m happy to say that we finally found our perfect property and officially closed last week. We couldn’t have done it without him!

My wife and I found a house we loved, last minute just before the seller wanted all final offers. Dillon gave us a great walkthrough and was able to help us obtain a pre approval and able to put the winning offer in, within just a couple days. He also was the one who referred me to our mortgage broker, insurance agent and lawyer, which saved us the hassle and time. This whole process took less than 45 days from first viewing the home to getting the keys.
