Inventory in Onondaga has loosened in the latest rolling three-month view. Active listings are roughly flat year over year, but months of supply has more than doubled to 4.8, signaling buyers have noticeably more options than a year ago. Even with more choices, homes still move at a moderate pace, with a median of 32 days on market and nearly 78% going off the market within two weeks.
