Esanet was professional, friendly and efficient in all aspects of the sale of our house. She is intimately familiar with the Memorial Northwest neighborhood real estate market and knew exactly what price to list our house at to sell it quickly. She knew the answer to every question we had and her communication via phone, email or text was always prompt and knowledgeable. I would use Esanet Benedict again in a heartbeat to buy or sell and home and highly recommend her to others.

At first, Esy suggested a low starting price based on recent local sales but she listened to my perspective and used my recommendation. Then, due to the uniqueness of my home, she researched more and increased her recommendation! Ultimately her flexibility lead to a sale at substantially more than the initial suggestion. Esy does a great job being flexible in an active market.

Esy is fantastic. Endless patience and a consummate professional. She is one of the few residential agents I have come across who still understands that the job is a service and delivers that service over and above all others.

I am in commercial real estate. I carry the same license as Esy, but we all have our specialties. When it came time to sell a house again, there was no question that Esy was the correct choice. She performed quite well on the sale of our first home in 2013 and performed well on this one as well in a tough market.

I would recommend her to anyone in looking to purchase or sell a home.

Our experience was defined by the service provided by Esanet Benedict. In every aspect of service possible Esanet proved to be exceptional. Her responsiveness and advice guided and assured us through a difficult sale, making it seem quite the opposite, and ending in a more successful result than we had even hoped for. My only concern in writing this is that I cannot, in so few words, do justice here to the quality of the service Esanet provided us and the extent to which we have appreciated it.

Anyone aspiring to provide superior service need only follow Esanet Benedict's example to every degree and in every aspect possible. We have gone through many real estate transactions and dealing with Esanet was in a league by itself when compared to our other experiences.

Suffice it to say her actions on our behalf were immediate if not quicker due to her anticipation. No part of the process could have proceeded with more speed. Her communication with us was pleasant, wise, understanding, and enlightening. She was constantly accessible. She went above and beyond what we felt we should expect of her.

We are so grateful she was delivered to us by our banks realty program. She led us through what was for us a stressful, difficult, and complex sale. She did so with such ability that after the fact I feel it is unfair to describe our sale as trying in any way. I think us writing such a ringing endorsement of any human being might only set them up to fall short of expectations. In Esanet Benedict's case however I do not believe her capable of disappointing anyone. If there is anything we are disappointed about it is only that Esanet does not work nationwide so that we might benefit from her service in every real estate transaction we might ever need to make in the future.

My advice to anyone lucky enough to employ her expertise is to trust her entirely and appreciate the results.

Esanet Benedict handled the sale of our former home and purchase of our new one simultaneously. It was a complicated process and timing had to work out exactly perfectly to close both deals, but she made it happen. Esanet was always available when needed, responded to all communications promptly, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided excellent advice for staging the home to be sold and we had a cash buyer within days. She worked very hard to make the deal come together in time and get us all to closing. It wasn't easy, but she made sure everything worked out in the end so that we could move into our dream home.
