I had originally contacted Eugene a few years back about selling my parents house. Those conversations started/stopped several times. My mother became very sick 2.5 years ago and we knew she wouldn't live out the year. Immediately after passing I reached back to Eugene who came back to the house. That began a journey that took more twists and turns as we have spent 3 months getting the house ready to sell, put ON the market only to be taken off the market 48 hours after it got flooded. Which set us back another 3 months.
Throughout the 3 months, we had alot of work to do in the basement which Eugene expertly helped us with in terms of connecting us to contractors, explaining what needed to get done as well. Given that I don't live locally, it would have been hugely problematic for me to sort through this. Eugene was fantastic through it all.
One we had an accepted bid from a qualified buyer things moved quickly and it was all smooth sailing.

I have bought and solved multiple properties over the last 18 years and had very mixed experiences. Eugene was exceptional. And for that, I'll always be thankful.
