Summit’s rolling three-month data through June 2026 shows home values moving notably higher than a year ago. The typical home value is up about 21% year over year, reaching roughly $1.7 million. Median list prices are also higher than last year, climbing around 7%, even as the number of homes sold in this period has slipped from a year earlier.
