Eugene was very knowledgeable of the town and comparable homes which have sold or were up for sale. He made it easier to proceed with the sale of my mother's home than I expected. I felt that Eugene was looking out for my needs and eliminated much of the stress of selling a home.

The newsletter that Eugene sends out was very instrumental in making my selection of realtors. After meeting with him it was a very easy decision to make in choosing him. He is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding of my needs.

When first meeting Eugene Wisniewski, he seemed very professional and was well prepared for our first meeting and that continued throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer any questions and would always return calls promptly. Any problems that turned up, and there were several, he remained positive and offered his expert advice. In addition, he was very forthcoming in offering names of service providers for needed repairs. We feel that due to Eugene's professional experience, we were able to sell our home for the highest price in the shortest amount of time, so we would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of selling their home.
