Frieda was the consummate professional. She was available at all times, with short response times, and acted extremely quickly when the situation required. As first time home buyers, she made the process simple, efficient and straight forward. She answered all questions in detail and in a kind and encouraging manner. Her experience also showed as we walked through several potential houses, pointing out key aspects (good and bad) of each house that we had not noticed / considered. She was honest and fair, providing the proper balance of information without ever pushing. I loved working with Frieda and would highly recommend her.

My family and I moved from Colorado to Wisconsin "sight unseen," because we couldn't afford to be taking trips to see properties. Freida was a God sent because every property that interested me, she would go straight to look at it for me within that same day or next day! She's not an inspector but at least it helped get an in-person perspective on major things like the roof looking ok, potential plumbing issues, visible foundation issues, etc. She must have looked at 5 or so properties before we found "the one," and I couldn't be more grateful to her! We have now been here a bit over 2 weeks and we are in LOVE with our neighborhood and our home is an older home but it was "intact" as the electrician that came out put it. I was so nervous to move to a State, a city, a neighborhood that we had never been to before but now we couldn't be more relived and grateful thanks to Frieda <3
