My experience was with Grant of the JimBim team, though we worked with several members of the JimBim Winning Edge team in the selling of our old house and the purchase of our new house. Throughout the process, Grant and the team were exceptional in terms of customer service, professionalism, and overall real estate acumen. Grant helped us focus on what was important in our house search, but also was patient as we waded through the house listings throughout Central Maryland. I found his realism in the real estate market to be quite helpful and he was able to find a buyer for us, and find the new house we are really enjoying now. Grant was also helpful in finding a creative financing solution with a local banker that was instrumental in making the sell/buy process effective.
