I was born and raised in Asheville, NC and now reside in Hendersonville, NC. Growing up in WNC has really proven to be a fantastic tool to help Buyers find their perfect home in the perfect location. Because I’ve been here for over 30 years, I’ve grown very familiar with many market areas and feel confident in each one. I dedicate all of my time to my Buyer’s and staying on top of education. Real estate is ever changing so I strive to become an expert on topics. I hope to exceed my clients’ expectations and really prove being a Realtor is so much more than simply selling and buying property. On top of being an ABR , I’m a certified Military Relocation Professional. I have also earned certificates in New-Home Construction and Buyer Representation, Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist, as well as Real Estate Investing. Before shifting into Real Estate Sales, I worked for years as a maintenance coordinator and inspector for a large and diverse Property Management company.

Heather has been a life saver (and marriage saver, LOL) The whole process of finding the perfect home right now was intense and scary but she's been right there for us the entire way. The agent I had before Heather was ....different.. Old school. You don't realize how much a difference it makes to really trust and LIKE the person you've found yourself talking 24-7 to. She constantly shocked me on how much she knows about this area. When I told her where I wanted to be and what I was looking for she had a ton of new recommendations on towns I didn't even know existed and wouldn't have considered until she showed me around them. I now have my dream cabin on a mountain and didn't pay double for it! I'll never use a different agent again!
