We used Heather in our very fast and furious sale of our Chico home. My husband and I drove out of state on a Thursday, found a home we loved, called her Sunday, she was over Monday first thing and our house was listed that same week! Communication is key in a process such as this and Heather was always right there when we needed her, and even when we didn’t! She kept us up to speed the entire way and stayed in close contact with our out of state realtor taking much of the work off of our plates. She is a hard working woman with a heart of gold. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I moved up from SoCal and began the process of buying a home. We found a property we liked and contacted the agent and Heather fell into our lap. From our first meeting Heather had an incredible atmosphere about her; this stressful/nerve-destroying process was so much more fun even entertaining when she was around. She is extremely friendly and bubbly which was great for our introverted selves. She is unbelievably quick to reply and very punctual about getting information about properties, she is very eager to get you out to see properties and very flexible about her working hours. We struggled for a while finding homes in our budget but she was always the positive outlook on our team just diligently moving to the home when one didn’t work out or our offer wasn’t accepted. She sat us down and went over the entire process from offer letter to closing escrow and she was happy to repeat and repeat and repeat anything that wasn’t clear. Heather helped us sell our first home!!!! We sold our first house we ever owned so we weren’t sure what to expect when it came time to sell. We had heard from friends & family what a trying experience selling a house can be so we were nervous from the start. What we L O V E about Heather is how straight forward and efficient she is. Heather answered every question, got back to us right away and became part of our family along the way! She made an otherwise grueling process truly an easy experience! She tackles all the leg work for you with ease! Hoping we have moved to our forever home but if I ever needed a realtor again I would absolutely use Heather! She’s a go-getter!

rom the very first time I met Heather as my agent, I was impressed with her openness, friendliness and knowledge of my area . She was continually in contact with me; answering any question or fear with a call or text within 1day. Paperwork was thorough and she explained the terms, procedure, and expectations clearly to me. She hung in there with me through at least two buyers , the last and actual buyer’s loan process even being extraordinarily delayed.
