Isaiah was crucial to our finding an apartment for my daughter and new baby. We didn’t know the Joliet area at all, but Isaiah had a keen sense of the neighborhoods and areas. He made himself available to us when we were under a schedule that needed to finish rather quickly. He was very good at hearing our needs and matching us with places we wouldn’t have found, not knowing the area. Isaiah was especially good at staying in touch so we would know the status of our search. To top it all off, he helped us fill out our application and he negotiated with the management on our behalf.
