Originally from Wiesbaden, Germany, Jake immigrated to Palm Springs, CA, in 1999 after graduating from Business School with a degree as a Merchant of Land and Housing from one of the largest commercial builders in Germany. The knowledge he gained in this position, coupled with his strong desire to help buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate-related dreams, led him to successfully focus solely on residential real estate in Palm Springs and the surrounding areas (Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta) starting in 1999.
